The IDEA Conference was initiated by Mr. Shen Xiangyang, president of the Founding Institute of IDEA, a foreign academician of the US National Academy of Engineering and former global Executive Vice President of Microsoft, with the aim of building an international exchange platform for technology sharing and strength cohesion in the Greater Bay Area.
